At Heartlands Academy, we run a personal development programme that prepares students for life outside of the academy and develops their skills, confidence and knowledge to prepare them for the world of work and beyond.

At Heartlands Academy we believe in doing everything to the highest possible standard. To this end we make sure that our careers guidance is working through student voice, student council, meet the Headteacher and most importantly we can measure its success through our student destinations data.
